Story Line
Solving one case after another Ho Kei Tung (Amy Kwok), the leader of Kei Tung's Private Detective Association, believes that all men are heartless. She likes to be suspicious of her boyfriends and watches over their every move very closely. All of her past boyfriends had been scared away but she didn't know it was because of her prejudice that caused this to happen. Kei Tung ended up incurring enmity with a police officer named Chau Yiu Jou (Roger Kwok) after working on a case. She later met up with an old schoolmate, Cheung Bou Yi (Karen Tong), and found out that her boyfriend was Yiu Jou. Kei Tung, coming from her prejudice towards men, told Bou Yi to watch over Yiu Jou's activities very carefully. This caused Yiu Jou to feel very perturbed and it even affected his relationship with Bou Yi. Bou Yi disappears on the day of her wedding and Yiu Jou and Kei Tung search for her everywhere. Affected by this, Yiu Jou had problems while at work and was kicked out of the police force. Kei Tung felt very guilty about this and Yiu Jou was very depressed. Under feelings of guilt and regret, Kei Tung encourages him to get better. Later they worked closely together to solve many cases. Humans are not grass nor wood, so who can be truly classified as being emotionless? Kei Tung and Yiu Jou begin to develop feelings for each other. Lap Hang's strange actions peaks the interest of Kei Tung. He also begins to court her in earnest. Kei Tung doesn't know what to do about her feelings for Yiu Jou and Lap Hang. At this time, Bou Yi suddenly returns and entangles ceaselessly around Yiu Jou. This causes the relationships between the four to become every more complicated.
