To Ping (Wong He) is a taxi driver and when he goes to pay his cash into the bank, he is harrassed by bank worker Leung Siu Ling (Maggie Cheung) who is promoting credit cards. As the two struggle the bank is met with a robbery and the stolen money ends up in the hands of the two. Ping and Ling start off argumentative, but when Ling loses in love, Ping helps to comfort her and the two develop into lovers. At this time, Ping's long lost live-in girlfriend Kam (Angela Tong) reappears as she hides from the loan sharks. Not only does Kam bring many problems, she finds out about the stolen money.
