Experience grows with age. When wise old grandpa is in charge, the family is in good shape!

When MAN TAI LOI's (CHUNG KING FAI) eldest grandson FREEMAN (LAU HOI WAI, HAWICK) decides to become a singer, LOI is the only one who opposes it. However, he feels that his influence in the family has declined since his retirement, so he decides not to insist on his opinions.

LOI's son CHUI KIT (HA YU) is suddenly elevated to the head of the family. KIT used to be looked down upon by other family members. With his sudden rise in power, he annoys his sons and they are slowly driven apart.

FREEMAN's company arranges for him to share a personal assistant, MIKI MO (YEUNG SZE KI, SHIRLEY) with another singer, AKUBI (HAMNETT, BELINDA). They slowly form a relationship like a love triangle. To complicate things even further, FREEMAN's younger brother RAY (FONG LIK SUN, ALEX) has met MIKI during a rowing race at the university, and has fallen in love with her at first sight.

KIT's sons boycott him. FREEMAN's career is stalled. RAY gains no support from KIT for his business plan. Everyone's life seems to be off track. Fortunately, grandpa is there to clear up the mess.
