A cooking competition

A Hong Kong and a Singaporean television broadcasting company joined together to hold a cooking competition. The competition has broken through the distance barrier. It has also turned four Hong Kong people, CHAN KA LOK (CHENG, KELVIN), YAU HOK LAI DANIEL (LAM, RAYMOND), CHOW MAN HEI MANDY (SHEH, CHARMAINE), CHOW CHI YAN (YEUNG YI, TAVIA) and Singaporean TERRY NG (YEO CHEE LEONG) from strangers into good friends.

After the competition, the five friends have kept in touch. Although they have experienced life's ups and doens indivdually, their friendships have remained unchanged. LOK has the determination to succeed in his career, but cannot choose between MANDY and YAN. DANIEL met YUKO (CHIA WAN-EE MICHELLE) when he was in Singapore for the competition, and has started a game of "hide-and-seek" in love with her since. TERRY, who has come to Hong Kong to start a business with LOK and DANIEL, has experienced no culture shock. He even started to become a local after a while. MANDY drifted away from YAN after the competition. She falls in love with LOK at the same time as YAN does.

These five young people have worked hard with a good fighting spirit, which has ultimately bought them friendship and success.
